Chocolate cake

This is a very typical swedish chocolate cake. It´s sticky and chewy and absolutely delicious.

150 gram butter

2 eggs

0,3 liter sugar ( I use brown sugar)

0,1 liter raw cacao

0,2 liter flour

1 table spoon vanilla sugar

1 tea spoon baking powder

50 gram 70% chocolate

 

Set the owen at 160 degrees

Melt the butter, whisp egg and sugar

Add the dry ingredients and stir. Put it in the owen form (and put some butter on the form).

Let it be in the owen for 25-30 minutes. It should be creamy! Not well done.

Frosting if you want! :

0,2 liter of cream

1 table spoon honey

1 table spoon sugar

100 gram  dark chocolate

2 teaspoons butter

 

Melt everything and use  amixer to get it smooth. Let ut cool down and then cover the cake!
