The first time for the winter on x-country skis are always hard. My ski cut´s are short, my balance doesn´t exist and my upper body doesn´t make the right timing. And the last two years every more and more people are passing me in the ski tracks.
But it bothers me nothing. I´m just so lucky to be out there, doing exactly what I feel like doing, just like it always has been with all my activities.
Once you love something and take your time for it, you will improve. But to improve you need to want it. You need to want to do more. You want to go faster.
The key for me is to find the pleasure with all my activities, and if it is to go slow, to don´t bother, to just enjoy everything around then it´s fine. Then I know that I will always find the joy with something, and that is what really matters when it comes to activities ay?
