10 dates (warm or lukewarm, then they are easy to mash)
1 dl nuts (I use almonds and walnuts)
1 dl oats
1 tablespoon of coconut fling
1 teaspoon coconut oil.
Recipe 2: When I just want to eat something tasty with cocoa for snack I remake the recipe like this:

0,5 dl oats
1 tablespoon of coconut fling
1 teaspoon coconut oil.
1 tablespoon cocoa
